Beyond our high quality screening and selection process, Auxilio invests in extensive training with employees migrating over from the client/district or new employees from the community. All employees are trained and tested on company policies, safety requirements, DOT regulations, continuous testing and screening and our unique Frontline communications program. They are also given ongoing training and attend safety meetings throughout the year. Our programs can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of the client/district and the local staff. In our service business, training is a top priority.
